Hawaiian Pineapple Cake 🍍
Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
3 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Stir in the crushed pineapple until fully incorporated.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
Sprinkle shredded coconut and chopped walnuts over the top if desired.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool completely in the pan.
