🍊 Orange Sherbet 🍨
Ingredients
2 cups of heavy whipping cream
1 can (14 oz) of sweetened condensed milk
1 cup of Orange Crush soda (chilled)
1 tablespoon of orange zest (optional, for extra citrus flavor)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Instructions
Whip the Cream: In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Be careful not to overmix.
Combine Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, chilled Orange Crush soda, orange zest (if using), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
Fold Together: Gently fold the whipped cream into the orange mixture until fully combined. Be careful to maintain the airy texture.
Freeze: Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or airtight container. Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until firm.
