🎉 Roasted Chickpea Power Bites
Ingredients:
- 1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed and very well drained (425g)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30ml)
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, toss chickpeas with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, cayenne pepper (if using), and salt. Spread in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.
3. Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until chickpeas are crispy.
4. Let cool completely before serving.
