WOULD YOU EAT THIS TREMENDOUS MARINATED HERB BUTTER T-BONE STEAKS 🥩🧈

Ingredients:

For the Herb Butter:

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Steaks:

2 T-bone steaks (about 1 1/2 inches thick)
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:

Prepare the Herb Butter:

In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, parsley, thyme, rosemary, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Transfer the herb butter to a piece of plastic wrap, shape it into a log, and refrigerate until firm.
Marinate the Steaks:

Season the T-bone steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
Rub the steaks with olive oil and let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Cook the Steaks:

Preheat your grill or skillet to high heat.
Grill or sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust the time based on your preferred doneness. Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature (135°F for medium-rare).
Add the Herb Butter:

Once cooked, transfer the steaks to a cutting board and top each with a slice of the chilled herb butter. Let it melt over the steaks while resting.
Serve:

Slice the steaks and serve with your favorite sides. Enjoy the rich, herby flavor of these succulent T-bone steaks!
