Instructions
1 Mix the Dry Ingredients:

4 Add Sweetness:
◦ Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing until fluffy.
5 Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures:

6 Add Chocolate Chips:
◦ Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips and refrigerate the dough for 1 hour.
7 Preheat and Shape:
◦ Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
◦ Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Shape the dough into balls (about 24–26).
8 Flatten and Garnish:
