Ingredients:
• 6 ladyfingers
• 125g mascarpone cheese
• 1 egg yolk
• 30g sugar
• 1/2 cup lemon juice
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 10ml limoncello (optional)
• Cocoa powder for dusting
• Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions:
1. Beat egg yolk and sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Add mascarpone and lemon zest, mixing until smooth.
3. Dip ladyfingers in lemon juice (mixed with limoncello if using).
4. Layer soaked ladyfingers and lemon mascarpone cream in a glass.
5. Repeat layers, finishing with cream on top.
