Make your own Cottage Cheese
Recipe:
1/2 gallon whole milk
1/2 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon salt (optional)
Steps:
Add milk into the pot and bring to boil. Turn off the stove and remove the pot from heat. Add vinegar. Stir slowly for about 1-2 minutes until curds form.
Drain the liquid and let the curds cool for about 10-15 minutes. Add salt if needed. Store in refrigerator and consume for 1 week. Enjoy!
