Pull-Apart Sourdough Bread with Brie and Cranberry

A festive and delicious appetizer or side dish.

Ingredients:
1 large round sourdough loaf
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 (16 oz) wheel of brie, chopped or cubed
1 1/2 cups whole berry cranberry sauce
Kosher salt, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the bread: Cut the sourdough loaf into 1-inch cubes, but don't cut all the way through the bottom.
Add the filling: Stuff the gaps between the bread cubes with chunks of brie and spoonfuls of cranberry sauce.
Brush with butter: Brush the entire loaf with the melted butter, and sprinkle with thyme, rosemary, and salt.
Bake: Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve: Serve immediately and enjoy!
Tips:

For a sweeter version, drizzle the bread with honey before baking.
You can add other fillings to the bread, such as chopped nuts or dried fruit.
Serve with a side of crackers or crusty bread for dipping.
Enjoy this delicious and easy-to-make dish!
