Creamy and Delicious Spaghetti with Bacon
Recipe:
1 pound spaghetti pasta (cooked according to instructions)
1 pound bacon (sliced)
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic minced
2 cups heavy cream
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Garnish: parsley, cheese and extra bacon
Steps:
Boil the pasta and set aside. Fried the bacon and set aside. Drain oil.
In a large pan, add oil and saute garlic. Add fried bacon. Add cream and Italian seasoning. Let it boils. Add grated Parmesan, pasta and mix well. Let the sauce blends with the pasta. Let it cook 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle extra Parmesan cheese, parsley and bacon on top. Ready to serve. Enjoy!
