Layered Phyllo Pastry with Brie, Cranberry Sauce, and Pecans
📋 Ingredients:
• 1 package phyllo pastry
• 1 wheel of Brie cheese
• 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
• 1/2 cup melted butter
🍽️ Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. Layer several sheets of phyllo pastry in a baking dish, brushing each layer with melted butter.
3. Place the Brie in the center, top with cranberry sauce and chopped pecans.
4. Fold the pastry over the filling and brush with more butter.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
