🍫 Easy Chocolate Crêpes Recipe
✅ Ingredients (makes ~10 crêpes)
• 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
• 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 tbsp granulated sugar
• ¼ tsp salt
• 3 large eggs
• 1½ cups (360 ml) milk
• 2 tbsp melted butter (plus more for the pan)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

🔄 Optional Fillings & Toppings
• Nutella or chocolate spread
• Fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries)
• Whipped cream or mascarpone
• Bananas
• Powdered sugar or chocolate sauce
Ice cream

👩‍🍳 Instructions
1 Make the batter:
◦ In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
◦ In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
◦ Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.
◦ Let the batter rest for 20–30 minutes at room temperature (this helps with texture).
2 Cook the crêpes:
◦ Heat a nonstick skillet (8–10 inches) over medium heat and lightly butter it.
◦ Pour about ¼ cup of batter into the pan. Quickly swirl to spread evenly.
◦ Cook for 1–2 minutes, until edges lift slightly. Flip and cook for another 30–60 seconds.
◦ Stack on a plate and cover with a clean towel to keep warm.
3 Serve & fill:
Spread with Nutella or your filling of choice.
◦ Fold into triangles or roll up.
◦ Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate sauce.

💡 Tips
• No blender? Just whisk well by hand until smooth.
• Too thick? Add a bit more milk to thin the batter.
• Make ahead: You can refrigerate the batter overnight or store cooked crêpes (separated by parchment) in the fridge for 2–3 days.
