🍝 Penne with Peas, Mushrooms, and Bacon
A creamy pasta dish with smoky bacon, earthy mushrooms, and sweet peas. Comfort food at its best.
Ingredients:
• Penne pasta: 12 oz (340 g)
• Bacon: 4 strips, chopped
• Mushrooms: 1 cup, sliced
• Peas: 1 cup (150 g)
• Cream: 1 cup (240 ml)
• Parmesan: ½ cup (50 g), grated
Instructions:
1️⃣ • Cook pasta in salted water until al dente.
2️⃣ • In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy.
3️⃣ • Add mushrooms and peas, sauté until tender.
4️⃣ • Pour in cream and simmer.
5️⃣ • Toss in pasta and Parmesan, mix well.
