🍎🍬💛 Melt-in-Your-Mouth Apple Caramel Bites – Sweet Little Fall Treasures!
Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated biscuit or crescent dough
2 apples, peeled & diced
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
8 soft caramels, halved
2 tbsp melted butter + cinnamon sugar (for coating)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Sauté apples with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until tender.
Flatten dough pieces, add a spoon of apples and half a caramel in the center.
Fold, seal, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Brush with melted butter, sprinkle cinnamon sugar, and bake 12–15 minutes until golden.
