Tender shrimp and juicy chicken in a bold Cajun cream sauce – tossed with pasta for the ultimate comfort dish!

📝 Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 lb (225g) shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (divided)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 small yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: red pepper flakes for extra heat

🍽️ Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Season the shrimp and chicken with 1/2 tbsp Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high. Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through (about 5–6 mins). Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, cook shrimp until pink and opaque (about 2–3 mins per side). Remove and set aside.

Lower heat to medium. Add a bit more oil if needed. Sauté garlic and bell peppers for 2–3 mins.

Stir in cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, and remaining Cajun seasoning. Simmer until thickened (3–4 mins).

Return chicken, shrimp, and pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat everything in the sauce.

Garnish with parsley (and red pepper flakes if you like it hot 🔥). Serve warm!
