Ingredients:
1 package of phyllo dough, thawed ๐ฅฏ
1 cup unsalted butter, melted ๐ง
2 cups pecans, chopped ๐ฐ
1/4 cup granulated sugar ๐ฌ
1 cup water ๐ง
1/2 cup honey ๐ฏ
1 teaspoon vanilla extract ๐ฟ
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon ๐
Pinch of salt ๐ง
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Let's get that warmth going!
2. Grease a muffin tin with the melted butter to ensure our cups come out easily.
3. Cut the phyllo dough into squares that will fit snugly into the muffin cups.
4. Stack 5-6 squares per cup, brushing each layer with more melted butter for that delightful crispiness.
5. In a bowl, mix the chopped pecans, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt together. The aroma will make your mouth water!
