🍝 One-Pan Ground Beef and Spinach Pasta
Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained

2 cups beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

2 cups pasta (penne or rotini works best)

2 cups fresh spinach

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

1️⃣ In a large skillet or sauté pan, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat, then add diced onion and minced garlic. Cook for 2–3 minutes until softened.
2️⃣ Add the diced tomatoes, beef broth, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.
3️⃣ Bring the mixture to a boil, then add the pasta. Stir well, cover, and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 12–15 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked al dente.
4️⃣ Stir in the fresh spinach and cook for another 2 minutes, until wilted.
5️⃣ Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
