📝 Ingredients:
• 1 sheet puff pastry
• 1 liter whole milk
• 1 vanilla pod (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
• 6 egg yolks
• 150 g sugar
• 100 g cornstarch
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F). Line a tart tin with puff pastry.
2️⃣ Heat the milk with vanilla until hot (not boiling).
3️⃣ In a bowl, whisk egg yolks, sugar, and cornstarch until smooth.
4️⃣ Slowly pour hot milk into the yolk mixture while whisking.
5️⃣ Return mixture to heat and cook until thick.
6️⃣ Pour into crust and bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and set.
