A feast for the eyes and the palate—Italy’s finest meats, cheeses, and marinated bites in one stunning spread.
Ingredients:
• 150 g (5 oz) assorted cured meats (salami, prosciutto, mortadella)
• 150 g (5 oz) cheeses (mozzarella, provolone, parmesan)
• 100 g (3.5 oz) cherry tomatoes
• 100 g (3.5 oz) mixed olives
• 50 g (1.75 oz) roasted red peppers
• Pickled vegetables, marinated artichokes, and crackers (optional)
Instructions:
1. Arrange all ingredients neatly on a large platter.
2. Place meats and cheeses in groups, alternating colors and textures.
3. Fill gaps with olives, tomatoes, and pickled vegetables.
4. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
5. Serve with toothpicks or forks.
