BEST DEVILED EGGS EVER
Creamy Dijon Deviled Eggs
Ingredients:
6 large eggs
3 tbsp mayo
1 tsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp white vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste
Paprika for garnish
Chives or parsley for topping
Directions:
Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, cover, and remove from heat. Let sit 10–12 minutes. Cool under cold water and peel.
Slice eggs in half and remove yolks. Mash yolks with mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Pipe or spoon filling back into the whites. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with herbs.
