Ingredients:
1 round sourdough bread loaf
8 oz brie cheese, sliced
1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley or thyme, finely chopped
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Prepare the Bread:
Using a sharp knife, score the sourdough loaf in a crisscross pattern, slicing almost all the way to the bottom without cutting through.
Make the Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, herbs, and a pinch of salt.
Stuff with Brie:
Gently separate the bread cuts and stuff each space with slices of brie.
Brush with Garlic Butter:
Drizzle or brush the garlic herb butter into the cuts and over the top of the bread.
Add Cranberry Sauce:
Spoon the cranberry sauce on top of the loaf, allowing some to drip into the crevices.
