Indulge in creamy crab alfredo nestled in buttery garlic bread!
Ingredients:
4 large garlic bread loaves
1 cup cooked crab meat
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons veg oil or butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, heat veg oil or butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add heavy cream, bring to a simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
Fold in the cooked crab meat and season with salt and pepper.
Slice the garlic bread loaves in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the insides.
Fill each garlic bread half with the crab alfredo mixture.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
