Nun's Puffs 🍯🧁

Ingredients:
1 stick butter (½ cup) 🧈
1 cup milk 🥛
¾ cup all-purpose flour 🍞
4 eggs 🥚
½–1 Tablespoon sugar (optional) �
Sugar for sprinkling ✨
Honey for serving 🍯
Whipped cream/fruit (optional) 🍓

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease muffin pan thoroughly.
Melt butter in saucepan. Add milk and bring to low boil.
Add flour all at once, stir vigorously until dough forms a ball.
Cool dough 5 minutes.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing until smooth.
Divide dough into muffin cups. Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake 30 minutes until golden and puffed.
Serve warm with honey or other toppings.
