Day one back on Keto! I made this broccoli and beef casserole. It was super good.
Ingredients:
12 oz broccoli (steam for three mins in microwave)
2 Ibs ground beef
Salt, pepper, paprika, onion and garlic powder, and some crushed red pepper.
1-2 cups of mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup of HWC
4 oz cream cheese
Brown up beef. Drain the grease, put back in pot and add seasonings and cream cheese. Add the broccoli to a greased casserole dish. Top with the beef mixture, pour HWC on top, and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 15 minutes at 425!
