Fall in Love with Marry Me Salmon 🐟💛
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets (skinless)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium and sauté the garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another minute.
4. Stir in the chicken broth and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
5. Reduce the heat and add the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, dried basil, and oregano. Stir until the sauce is creamy and well combined.
6. Return the salmon fillets to the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes, spooning the sauce over the fish to coat it well.
7. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve warm.
