🇮🇹 Ziti al Forno ❤️
A cheesy baked pasta dish layered with tomato sauce, ricotta, and melted mozzarella!
Ingredients:
340 g ziti pasta (12 oz)
250 g ricotta cheese (1 cup)
250 g mozzarella cheese, shredded (1 cup)
480 ml tomato sauce (2 cups)
30 g grated Parmesan (about 1/4 cup)
1 egg
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
🍝 Cook ziti until al dente. Drain and set aside.
🧀 In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, salt, and pepper.
🥄 In a baking dish, layer pasta, tomato sauce, ricotta mix, and mozzarella.
🔥 Sprinkle Parmesan on top and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes.
