Ingredients (Serves 12–16):
Ice cream layers:
- 1.5 qt vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
- 1.5 qt chocolate ice cream, slightly softened
Chocolate crunch layer:
- 1 cup chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos), crushed
- ½ cup Magic Shell or ½ cup melted chocolate chips + 1 tbsp coconut oil
Hot fudge layer:
- ¾ cup hot fudge sauce, warmed slightly
Whipped topping:
- 2 cups whipped topping (Cool Whip) or homemade whipped cream
- Optional: Sprinkles, mini M&M’s, or chocolate shavings for garnish

1. Prepare the Cake Base:
1. Line a 9-inch springform pan or deep cake pan with plastic wrap or parchment (makes removal easier).
2. Spread the chocolate ice cream evenly into the bottom of the pan.
