Cheesy Beef Taco Pasta 🍝
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
1/2 cup water
8 oz elbow macaroni or any pasta of choice
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Stir in the taco seasoning, diced tomatoes with green chilies, and water. Simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
While the beef mixture is simmering, cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Add the cooked pasta to the beef mixture and stir to combine.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream until the cheese is melted and the pasta is well coated.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
