keto pancakes!
4 eggs
4 oz cream cheese (room temp)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbs cinnamon powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cups of almond flour
Beat everything together, or blend everything together in a blender. Let batter sit for 10 minutes, this helps pancakes become fluffy. Heat a skillet or non-stick pan, rub some butter on it, turn heat to low and use a ladle to scoop you batter. Cook each side for 1-2 minutes or until golden. Makes 8-10 pamcakes.

NOTE: I CHANGED 2 tbs baking powder to 1 tsp, because all I taste was baking powder. I also changed 1 tsp cinnamon powder to 1 tbs because I love cinnamon.
