🐉 Malibu Dragon Breeze
A stunning, layered drink with a tropical twist. Sweet, fruity, and beachy with that bold dragonfruit color and a breezy coconut vibe—it’s perfect for summer parties, brunches, or poolside lounging.
🍹 Ingredients:
1 oz blue curaçao
1.5 oz Malibu rum (coconut rum)
3 oz dragonfruit juice (or a dragonfruit blend juice)
Ice cubes
Mint sprig and raspberry (optional, for garnish)
🧊 Instructions:
Add blue curaçao to the bottom of the glass
Fill a stemmed or hurricane glass with ice, then pour 1 oz of blue curaçao over the ice. Let it settle at the bottom—it forms the base layer.
Slowly add Malibu rum
Carefully pour 1.5 oz of Malibu rum over the back of a spoon or along the inside of the glass to keep it from mixing too much. This gives the middle, lighter layer.
Top with dragonfruit juice
Gently pour 3 oz of dragonfruit juice over the top. The deep pink hue creates a gorgeous color contrast with the blue and white layers below.
Garnish and serve
Garnish with a sprig of mint and a fresh raspberry on top for that extra tropical flair.

To enhance the layering, use crushed ice and pour liquids slowly over a spoon.
You can use a dragonfruit juice blend (like with apple or pear) if you can’t find pure dragonfruit juice.
Chill ingredients beforehand so the ice doesn't melt and blur the layers too quickly.
