Reuben Casserole Bake 🥩🧀🍞

Ingredients:

1 lb sliced corned beef

2 cups sauerkraut (drained)

2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

½ cup Thousand Island dressing

4 cups frozen hash browns (thawed)

2 tbsp butter, melted

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Press hash browns into a greased baking dish, drizzle with melted butter, and bake 20 min.

3. Layer sauerkraut, corned beef, and dressing. Top with cheese.

4. Bake for another 20–25 min until bubbly and golden.

5. Slice and serve hot!
