Banana Caramel Cream Dessert Cups
Ingredients (Serves 6)
Crust Layer:
1 cup crushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits
3 tbsp melted butter
Banana Cream Filling:
1 (3.4 oz) box instant banana pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
1 cup whipped topping or whipped cream
Whipped Layer:
1½ cups whipped cream (sweetened or unsweetened to taste)
Toppings:
2 ripe bananas, sliced
Caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Crushed cookie crumbs or toffee bits (optional)

Instructions
1. Prepare the crust:
Mix crushed crackers with melted butter. Press a spoonful into the bottom of each serving cup.
2. Make the banana pudding filling:
Whisk pudding mix with cold milk for 2 minutes. Let set for 5 minutes, then fold in 1 cup of whipped cream.
3. Layer the dessert:
First layer: graham cracker crust
Second layer: banana cream pudding
Third layer: banana slices
Fourth layer: whipped cream
Repeat if your cups allow
4. Top it off:
Swirl whipped cream on top, add banana slices, a drizzle of caramel sauce, and sprinkle cookie crumbs.
5. Chill:
Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
