Ingredients:
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter
Zest of 1 lemon
3 tbsp heavy cream
1/2 tsp lemon extract
Yellow food coloring (optional)
1/4 cup powdered sugar (for coating)
Instructions:
Put chocolate chips in a bowl.
In a saucepan, melt butter, add lemon zest, and cream; heat just before boiling.
Strain into chocolate; add extract and food coloring. Stir until smooth.
Chill 30 minutes until firm.
Roll into balls, then coat in powdered sugar.
Chill again for 30 minutes before serving or gifting.
