Crispy Fried Chicken Drumsticks
Ingredients:
Chicken drumsticks
2 cups buttermilk
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Soak chicken in buttermilk for 4+ hours.
2. Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Coat drumsticks in flour mixture.
4. Fry in hot oil (350°F/175°C) until golden and cooked through (~12-15 min).
5. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot!
