Healthy Breakfast Plate ☀️🍽️
Ingredients:
🥚 Soft-boiled eggs (halved)
🥑 Half avocado
🍅 Sliced fresh tomato
🍞 Slice of toasted bread
🍄 Sautéed mushrooms
🌿 Wilted spinach (lightly cooked with olive oil)
🧂 Salt & pepper to taste
Method:
Toast the bread until golden.
Boil the eggs to soft or medium doneness (about 6–7 minutes), then peel and slice.
Sauté mushrooms in a bit of olive oil, with salt and pepper.
Wilt the spinach quickly in a pan until just soft.
Assemble everything on a plate: toast, sliced avocado, eggs, mushrooms, spinach, and tomatoes.
Season with salt and pepper. Optional: drizzle with olive oil or a squeeze of lemon.
