Ingredients:
1 cup cucumber slices π₯
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved π
1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced π§
1/2 cup Kalamata and green olives π«
1 block of feta cheese π§
2 tbsp chopped parsley πΏ
2 tbsp olive oil π«
1 tsp dried oregano πΏ
Salt & pepper to taste π§
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, layer cucumber, tomatoes, and red onions. π₯π
