Mashed Potato Cakes 🥔🔥
Ingredients:
2 cups mashed potatoes (leftover works great!)
1 egg
1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
Salt & pepper to taste
Butter or oil for frying
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, egg, flour, cheese, salt, and pepper until combined.
2. Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Scoop mixture and flatten into small patties.
4. Fry 3–4 minutes per side or until golden and crispy.
5. Serve warm as a snack or side!
