🇮🇹 Chicken Francese (Lemon Chicken) Tender chicken cutlets lightly breaded and bathed in a silky lemon butter sauce!
Ingredients:
• 2 chicken breasts
• 1/2 cup flour
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 1/2 cup chicken broth
• 2 tablespoons butter
• Olive oil
• Salt & pepper
Instructions:
1. 🐔 Dredge chicken in flour, then dip in beaten eggs.
2. 🔥 Sauté chicken in olive oil until golden brown.
3. 🍋 In the same pan, add lemon juice, broth, and butter to make sauce.
4. 🥄 Return chicken to the sauce, simmer for 2–3 minutes.
5. 🌿 Serve with extra lemon slices!
