Ingredients:
โข 500g beef chunks
โข 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
โข 2 carrots, sliced
โข 1 onion, diced
โข 1 celery stalk, chopped
โข 2 tbsp olive oil
โข 100ml red wine
โข Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
