Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup milk
150g white chocolate, melted
1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
1/2 cup raspberry jam
For Frosting:
225g cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
100g white chocolate, melted
Fresh raspberries (for garnish)
Instructions:
📝 Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and line two cake pans.
📝 Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
📝 Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
📝 Gradually add the dry ingredients to the batter, alternating with milk. Fold in the melted white chocolate.
📝 Divide the batter between the pans and scatter raspberries into each. Bake for 25-30 minutes, then let cool.
📝 For frosting, beat cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in melted white chocolate.
📝 Spread raspberry jam between the cake layers, then frost the entire cake with the cream cheese frosting.
📝 Garnish with fresh raspberries and serve!
Notes:

You can substitute white chocolate with dark chocolate for a richer taste.
