Easter Cake Mix Cookie Bars
Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 cup pastel M&M’s (Easter colors)
1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until a thick dough forms.
Fold in half of the M&M’s and white chocolate chips if using.
Press the dough evenly into the prepared pan.
Sprinkle remaining M&M’s over the top and gently press them into the dough.
Bake for 18–22 minutes or until the edges are golden and the center is just set.
Allow to cool completely in the pan before slicing into bars.
