🍫 Homemade Chocolate Fudgesicles 🍦
Ingredients
1 cup whole milk
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Optional: ¼ cup chocolate chips or chopped nuts for texture
Instructions
Mix the Base: In a medium saucepan, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar and cocoa powder are fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth. Do not boil.
Add Flavor: Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Let the mixture cool for 10-15 minutes.
Customize (Optional): If desired, fold in chocolate chips or chopped nuts for added texture.
Pour & Freeze: Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
Serve & Enjoy: To remove the fudgesicles from the molds, run them under warm water for a few seconds. Enjoy immediately!
