Ingredients

For the Dressing:

Instructions
Marinate & Grill the Chicken: Mix olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder, and lemon juice. Coat the chicken and grill for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
Prepare the Salad: In a large bowl, combine salad greens, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and croutons.
Make the Dressing: Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, oregano, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
