1 Tsp Baking Powder
Pinch Salt

1c Dark Brown Sugar
220g Butter
1 Tsp Caramel Essence

1 Tsp Coffee
1 Tbsp Klim Milk Powder
3-4 Tbsp Dutch Cocoa
2-3 Tbsp warm water

1. 1/3c Med Coconut Toasted in a Pan..
METHOD
PREHEAT OVEN 180DEG
Add Coconut to a heated Pan and toast till golden brown, set aside..
Whisk soft Butter with Sugar till well combined, add essence and mix, then add flour, baking powder and salt, mix together.then add 1 Tbsp Cocoa and mix in....in a Cup add Milk powder, coffee and 3 Tbsp Cocoa with very warm water and mix well..pour into dough mixture and combine, lastly add Toasted coconut and mix well...flour surface and divide Dough, roll out and cut shapes with cookie cutter, place on parchment paper on a baking tray...bake 14 -15 min...cool and set aside...melt Milk or Dark chocolate and spoon on cooled Biscuits and sandwich together..refrigerate for 20 min..then pack in a airtight container..use the leftover Dough to make Cups and Cones as post above this one
