For the chicken:
2 boneless chicken breasts 🐔
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano 🌿
1 tsp dried basil
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & black pepper to taste 🧂
Juice of ½ lemon 🍋 (optional)
For the cucumber salad:
½ cucumber, thinly sliced 🥒
Salt & freshly ground black pepper
Optional: splash of vinegar or lemon juice for extra tang

Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes. Grill the chicken on medium heat for 6–7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and nicely charred. Slice the grilled chicken and arrange on a plate. Add cucumber slices seasoned with pepper and salt on the side. Serve warm with a wedge of lemon if desired.
