Hot Fudge Chocolate Pudding Cake π«π¨
Ingredients:
πΎ 1 cup all-purpose flour
π¬ 2/3 cup sugar
π« 1/4 cup cocoa powder
π§ 2 tsp baking powder
π§ 1/4 tsp salt
π₯ 1/2 cup milk
π§ 2 tbsp melted butter
π¦ 1 tsp vanilla extract
π° 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
π― 3/4 cup brown sugar
π« 1/4 cup cocoa powder
π¦ 1 3/4 cup hot water
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). π π₯
Prepare the cake batter:
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well. πΎπ¬π«
Add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture forms a smooth batter. π₯π§π¦
If youβre using chopped nuts, fold them into the batter now. π°πͺ
Transfer the batter:
Pour the cake batter into a greased 9x9-inch baking dish or a similar-sized oven-safe dish. π°
Prepare the fudge topping:
In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and additional cocoa powder. π―π«
Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the top of the cake batter. π
Add the hot water:
Carefully pour the hot water over the top of the cake (donβt stir!). The water will sink to the bottom and create a fudge sauce while the cake bakes. π¦π«
