1 red bell pepper, diced

2 carrots, sliced

1 small broccoli head, cut into florets ๐Ÿฅฆ

3 tbsp olive oil ๐Ÿซ’

3 garlic cloves, minced ๐Ÿง„

1 tbsp lemon juice ๐Ÿ‹

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp dried oregano or Italian herbs ๐ŸŒฟ

Salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 200ยฐC (400ยฐF).
