𝐃𝐎𝐄𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐘𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄 𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐘 𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐋𝐋 𝐄𝐀𝐓 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐟 𝐑𝐞𝐮𝐛𝐞𝐧 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐰𝐢𝐜𝐡

Ingredients:

4 slices rye bread
1/2 lb corned beef, sliced
1/4 lb Swiss cheese, sliced
1 cup sauerkraut, drained
2 tablespoons Russian or Thousand Island dressing
2 tablespoons butter

Instructions:

1. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.

2. Spread Russian or Thousand Island dressing on one side of each slice of rye bread.

3. On two slices of bread, layer corned beef, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut. Top with the remaining slices of bread, dressing side down.

4. Spread butter on the outside of each sandwich.

5. Place the sandwiches in the hot skillet. Cook until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.

6. Remove from the skillet and let cool for a minute before slicing.
