Ingredients
• 1 tart crust (homemade or store-bought)
• ½ cup (100g) onions, thinly sliced
• 8 anchovies
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• ¼ cup (40g) black olives, pitted and halved
• 1 tsp fresh thyme
• Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
