Homemade Porchetta 🇮🇹
Italian-style slow-roasted pork belly with crispy skin and aromatic herbs! 🐷🔥
Ingredients:
• 1.5kg pork belly
• 2 tbsp fennel seeds
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 sprigs rosemary, chopped
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp black pepper
• Salt to taste
Instructions:
1️⃣ Score pork belly and rub with garlic, fennel, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
2️⃣ Roll and tie tightly, then roast at 180°C (350°F) for 2.5 hours.
3️⃣ Increase heat to 220°C (425°F) to crisp the skin.
4️⃣ Slice and serve with fresh herbs! 🍖🔥
