85 grams of regular pasta is NOT a lot!
Old me would have eaten double, maybe triple, the serving size.
No it's not whole wheat pasta, but I wanted to cook what I have at home first before I buy more. Baby steps.
I went to 100 grams. Yes that's 9 pts, but the win here is I was mindful of how much I portioned, and I ate half of a red pepper and grapes to honour my fullness.
It wasn't ideal/perfect but I'm proud of my mindful effort
